The story of Bhaskardyuti Vidyalaya began in 1990, when the people of and around Killa Pardi recognized an acute need for an affordable English-medium school. At that time, there was only one nearby English-medium school, and its fees were beyond the reach of many families. With a strong vision to make quality education accessible, particularly to children from underprivileged sections of society, the foundation of Bhaskardyuti Vidyalaya was laid.

The school began its journey in the academic year 1990–91 with just three classes—Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG—in the premises of the Pardi Nagar Panchayat Garden building, a temporary and unused hall at the time. With a vision for gradual expansion, it was decided to add one standard every year, eventually extending education up to Class XII.

Through persistent efforts, determination, and the grace of God, the school acquired approximately 2 acres of land from the Government of Gujarat. One acre was earmarked for the school building and the other for a dedicated playground, providing the foundation for the school’s future growth and development.

A significant milestone in the school’s journey came on 4th April 1993, when the foundation stone for the proposed school building was laid during an inaugural ceremony by the then Honourable Minister for Revenue, Shri Dhalsukhbhai Godhani, in the august presence of other distinguished Gujarat Government Ministers, including Shri Karamshibhai Makawana and Shri Liladhar Waghela. The occasion was also graced by Valsad District Collector Shri O. Ravi, Shri Dayabhai Ranchodji Vashi, and several other eminent personalities from different walks of life.

Over the years, Bhaskardyuti Vidyalaya has grown from its humble beginnings into an institution dedicated to academic excellence, values, discipline, and holistic development. We take immense pride in our visionary trustees, dedicated teachers, committed staff, supportive parents, and generations of students who have contributed to this remarkable journey.

Our greatest achievement is the success of our alumni, many of whom have gone on to become doctors, engineers, lawyers, and accomplished professionals in various fields. Their achievements stand as a testament to the school’s enduring commitment to education and its motto of EXCELLENCE.
